Athena is proud to be providing the lighting for this multi-level 500,000 square foot retail project with an attached 1,250-space parking facility spanning 3 city blocks.The project is significant to the development of the area and is located in the State Empowerment Zone as well as the City's Economic Development Zone.

Located in the heart of New York's Greenwhich Village, Athena Light & Power, LLC was honored to be the sole source lighting provider to The New School. The 25,000 square foot innovative urban quad style campus features state-of-the-art galleries, lecture and meeting spaces, a design store and a new home for the Archives Center.

Athena is currently completing the fifth phase of Dormitory Renovation and update at Mount Saint Mary's College in Newburgh. Existing facilities have been enhanced to meet the current technological and aesthetic needs of today's college student including lounges, kitchens, fitness rooms and study areas.

2007-2008 - Commercial

This $116 million dollar renovation was a major improvement for the Law students of Columbia University. Athena provided the entire interior lighting as well as the dimming system for this project.

2006 - Commercial and Site

The Syosset Library was one of the first major projects that Athena was involved with. Along with providing the interior and exterior lighting for this multi-level facility, Athena also supplied the dimming system for the library's theatrical lighting. This new library offers many new opportunities for the Syosset community.

2007-2008 - Site

Athena provided the site lighting for the new 635,000 square foot and $850 million dollar Jet Blue Terminal 5 facility. The terminal is being built adjacent and attached to the old TWA terminal. Jet Blue will actually make use of part of the older terminal and the remainder, (a famous feature of the TWA terminal that was designed in 1962 by Eoro Saarinen), of the TWA terminal will most likely be converted for use as a museum.

Athena supplied the decorative poles and fixtures for the Entry Circle at the South Campus. This project helped illuminate the South entrance to the campus for a safer commute for its students.

This project provided an example of Athena's diverse capability by allowing us to engage in the design as well as supply the interior lighting for this multi-level bar and grill. The lighting has helped to create a chic, sophisticated atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy their evening.

Athena Light & Power, LLC is elated to have been chosen as the lighting supplier for what has been called the most interesting residential building along 7th Avenue: Modern, Chic and Sexy! This 14 story, 41 unit luxury condo is located at 7th Ave and 18th Street in Chelsea. In addition to the lighting for all of the apartments and penthouses, Athena Light & Power, LLC provided the lighting for the fitness center, spa, landscaped roof deck, indoor pool and exterior sign.

Athena Light & Power, LLC is thrilled to have been awarded the lighting contract for this 12 story, 100 unit high-end condominium, which is situated on a site that previously occupied (3) four story walk-ups. In addition to the lighting for all of the residential units, Athena supplied the lighting for the gym, garden with a pool and dining area, roof top terrace with cabanas, parking facility and the façade.



Chemotherapy Infusion Suite, Rockville Centre, NY - www.mskcc.org

Athena is pleased to have been given the opportunity to collaborate in this project. We supplied the entire interior lighting for the new Chemotherapy Infusion Suite at the Rockville Centre location. Athena is very proud that we were instrumental in providing a soothing and comforting lighting ambiance for this facility.



Camp Lejeune, NC
2007-2008 - Commercial

Athena is very proud to work with our country's Armed forces. We have supplied the lighting fixtures for several projects at Camp Lejeune. Athena is currently working on providing fixtures for two additional Marine Barracks at Camp Lejeune. This is an ongoing project.
